Eathan was, and continues to be, dedicated to our desire for a smooth and satisfying real estate transaction. He conducted extensive research to ensure all factors that would affect us and the sale of our property were brought to our attention, discussed the pros and cons, and carefully thought through each step of the process. He worked well with the sellers' representatives, and the buyers' representatives, and was always respectful in his dealings with both, making sure that all parties were satisfied in the end, happy to have had a positive experience. No buyer's, nor seller's remorse!<br />He successfully coordinated and facilitated our dealings with lenders, escrow, home inspectors, termite inspectors, surveyors, appraisers, and other agents, making the experience positive and interesting.
