With so many realtors on the island to choose from, we were comfortable with her primarily because she was concerned for us beyond the sale of the home. She did not push us to buy immediately, and gave an honest assessment on every home we looked at. We never felt that she just wanted to make a quick sale and be done with it. With the home we finally purchased, she took her time to explain the entire process until we fully understood it.
