How fortunate we were to have Kim Wong Balisacan on our team! She had lighting fixtures replaced, hired maintenance and repairmen to fix up our unit, and even staged it beautifully. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, as she would laugh and say, "It's my job!" She advised us well on the asking price for our unit, advertised it to a wide audience, and took the time to personally show the unit on multiple occasions. During some difficult periods of negotiations, Kim used her experience to guide us towards making decisions that we were comfortable with. Throughout the seemingly endless process, Kim was always a positive force, making every effort to move everything forward by keeping on top of every phase of the process, maintaining good communication between us and the seller's representative, explaining everything to us, providing us documents quickly, and walking us through every step. We could not imagine selling our home without her help, and now look forward to referring our family and friends to our friend, Kim Wong Balisacan. .
