I have nothing but positive feedback for Soomi. We were able to find a home in one week, submit an offer and close in a month and a half. Soomi was very punctual with emails and phone calls and I felt very comfortable asking her questions or voicing concerns. I would highly recommend Soomi to any friend, family member or stranger.

We had a fantastic experience working with both Soomi and Allan. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and supportive through the entire process. Without their support in drafting the term of an appealing offer, I doubt we would have even had the opportunity to purchase what is now going to be our new home. With the competitive nature of the Oahu real estate market this was very important. During escrow we definitely felt that they were looking out for our best interest to ensure we were making a good choice in selecting our new home and did a thorough job in setting expectations. During an extremely short closing period they were instrumental in scheduling the all the necessary inspections and even suggesting where we could cut a few corner to save time without incurring any additional risk. After closing, they continued to follow up with us, offering additional guidance and support. Allan and Soomi are true professionals with extremely knowledgeable in their industry. It was a true pleasure not only working with them, but also getting to know them on a personal level.
