Annaliese was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on areas & neighborhoods that would interest us after taking the time to get to know what we were looking for. She gave us good information on realistic pricing & what was available. She knows the real estate rules & made sure that we had the information that we needed to make a good decision, as well as being an excellent negotiator in our behalf. She is very pleasant to work with, responsive & also gave us realistic expectations, which is very important in this market. We would recommend her & will use her again for future transactions.
