I can't say enough great things about Jonny! He worked with us for three years to find us the perfect place. He's patient and respectful but will always respond quickly and politely. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! The personal touches were great, too! No negatives at all, Jonny is nothing but incredible!

This is our second home purchase with Jonny and he is absolutely great! He gets back to me within 24hours if not within the hour. Both of our home purchases were not easy ones and he stuck with us and got us through them both! I always recommend him to friends and family looking in the northern ca area. He was even able to help my co-worker find an excellent relator in the east bay.

Mr Sanchez is truly the consumate hard working, very knowlegeable agent that will deliver results to his clients. I am just glad that he was on my team during my search for a property. He was a very patient, no pressure realtor yet very determined to find the right property for me. He was very responsive to all of my requests and questions. I would not hesitate one moment to ask Mr. Sanchez to represent me again.

My wife and I worked with Jonny Sanchez to buy a house and he did find the perfect home for our family. Jonny is extremely honest, hardworking, and dedicated person. He took our information to determine our needs, wants and financial ability and showed us so many properties without showing any exasperation. He always communicates in a timely manner and always willing to explain to us the intricate process of buying a house. He is extremely honest with the highest integrity and help you in making an informed decision. His ability to work with others is amazing. We came across Jonny by accident, but I am glad we did and we are extremely happy and grateful to everything he has done for us. I would recommend Jonny Sanchez to anyone without any reservation! My wife and I knew Jonny for few weeks, but we consider him as a valued friend and family.

Jonny always cared about our needs. He always was good about responding back to us all the time. He also knew what he was doing. He got things done quickly. Even when he was on vacation. He still called and conducted business from his cell phone. I highly recommend Jonny, he cares about his clients.
