The reason I have a beautiful home in Marin which has now appreciated almost 35% from my original purchase price, is because of Vega. She is extremely aggressive in the right places and mellow in the right places. Her presentation is soft and classy but she is tenacious when trying to find the right home. My search time frame was quite lengthy because my geography requirements kept bouncing back from Marin to San Mateo area. Vega was patient as could be, never a hint of impatience. I now continue my relationship with her after the sale. I highly recommend her for anyone searching in the Marin area, she knows every nook, every area!!

Vega was incredible the whole way through the purchase of our first home. She spent a lot of time looking at homes with us and was always patient and reassuring. Our experience was different than most usual first time buyers because we used a renovation loan. My Wife and I had a lot of questions and concerns, Vega handled them professionally and with reassurance. She was always available when I would have a bout of buyer's anxiety. Amazingly everything worked out perfectly and we actually ended paying less than what we initially offered and the value has appreciated significantly. Vega has genuine care for her clients. Vega刚刚帮我们买到了一个非常合适的房子。我的一个很好的朋友在五月底的时候介绍我们认识，从认识到买房成功只用了不到三个月的时间。她是一个非常有责任心和值得信任的的Agent，我们在跟她买房的过程当中学习了很多的知识。她有很丰富的专业知识，对资产的评估和分析都非常的准确，每看一提出房子都会很客观的给出她的专业的建议和意见，把客户的利益放在第一位。。我们最后在First American Title Company过户房子的时候，由于某些原因我们给seller支付了本不该我们承担的两天的贷款，在事情结束之后，Vega向这个公司的的老板投诉了这件事情，我们很快收到了公司补偿给我们的支票。虽然钱不是很多，但是由此可以证明Vega和他的合作团队是一个注重诚信，素质很高的团队。由于我们对San Rafael的环境不是很熟悉，她还会经常带我去看一些家居商店和一些有趣的地方。现在我们已经不仅仅是Agent和Buyer的关系，我和老公都非常开心可以有Vega这样诚挚的，热心的好朋友。
