    Dr. Trayanova is a great mentor, and a very engaging teacher. She treats her lab like family and supports all of her students to the fullest, and wants every student to thrive in whatever they do. Dr. Trayanova also manages to create a very collaborative (and not competitive) atmosphere in her lab.
