Reza is extremely invested in the lives of his graduate students. He is always there to help us troubleshoot problems. He has an open door policy that he really means and maintains. I think the biggest advantage in working for him is he is very transparent, down to earth and a very good mentor. I really think it was the best decision I made.
Always willing to help, very intelligent and composed.
