    Dr. Sarma gives effective, engaging, and highly organized lectures. Her practice of listing each day’s lesson to the side of the board is extremely useful to students taking notes. She is also very aware of her class’s comprehension of the material she presents and adjusts the speed of her lesson accordingly.
