After a short interview Steve was able to introduce us to a neighborhood better suited to our needs than the one where we were originally looking. He then skillfully helped us negotiate through the challenges of purchasing our first Co-op. Although we had purchased five homes in different cities throughout our lifetime, I do not think we could have managed the NYC Co-op process without Steve’s guidance and expertise. He was helpful with choosing a lender, and stayed with us every step of the way from the review of available listings all the way through the closing. We have never had a realtor as involved or helpful as Steve.
