Melissa was the absolutely most wonderful part of the entire apartment search. She was incredibly responsive to our emails and was always on time and ready to show us as many apartments as she could to maximize our time. After showing us about six apartments, she was still willingly to go further to get US the best deal. You could totally tell that she was focused on us as people not just as customers. She put up with us being anxious and nervous about sealing the deal and really pulled it off! Additionally, after we got an amazing place, she followed up with us multiple times, really proving that she cared about us long after the actual sale took place. I have recommended Melissa to friends and will gladly do so again!

It was a pleasure to deal Ms Melissa Trosterman. She was very gentle and nice, she replies to all of our questions and concerns and was very helpful during the renting process. Ms Trosterman us extreamly professional , she replies to our phone calls and emails inmediatly explained very carefully every single detail of our lease. I would for sure contact her in the future in case I needed a new apartment.

Melissa was incredibly responsive, flexible, and FAST. She found good listings, prepared a volume of apartments for me to view, and set appointments. I had recently read a statistic saying that a sale was not made upon the first follow-up, nor the second. Melissa seemed aware of this--she was patient, she followed-up (not in an imposing or annoying way), and when the time came for me to find a place, she found one.
