We were very lucky to have Michael as our agent for the apartment search, as he always gave us fantastic listings which were all places we could have taken. None were unrealistic, and they fit perfectly within the criterias we were looking for. We were always amazed that he was able to find new places even if our meetings were fairly frequent. Michael made this whole move less stressful for us, and surprisingly a positive experience for us. If we ever have to move again, we would definitely try to ask Michael.

I recently worked with Mike to find an apartment in the East Village. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was nice, easy going, but very professional. After losing our first application due to error on our part, Mike fought hard to make sure we wouldn't be homeless. He earned every penny of that commission. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Mike was very responsive to my emails/calls/texts from start to finish. He was very friendly, easy-going and did not pressure us into making any decisions we didn't want to. He was very understanding to our budget and did not pull a switch and bait like most brokers do. The pictures listed were real and the apartment looked even better in person. We will definitely use him again if we need to find a new place in the future. Thanks Mike, we LOVE our new apartment!
