Diane was extremely helpful in our apartment search. She was very prepared in showing us properties that fit our criteria. She did not waste her or our time showing us properties that she knew would not be a good fit for us. She showed us properties that were a perfect fit for us and that was greatly appreciated. Diane was wonderful to work with. She showed me everything available on the market in my price range and location preference and then we went to see everything. She listened to my requests and trouble shooted all my problems. She was incredibly helpful and not pushy or trying the hard sell. She negotiated and talked through everything with me and ultimately and painlessly helped me find an awesome apartment. She made a stressful process simple and fun. I'd recommend her to anyone. Diane was incredibly helpful by showing me various apartments that fit into my budget with my requirements. When we found a place that I liked, she gave me all of the information I needed to move forward and rent the apartment. She was always very attentive and was incredibly helpful. Diane was wonderful at helping us find an apartment. She did great work, and gave us many different options to choose from. During the process, she was both informative and honest, which was quite the breath of fresh air. We always looked forward to see the apartments she picked out, because she understood exactly what we wanted, and executed our wishes perfectly.
We truly lucked out on finding Diane, as we believe she was the most helpful realtor we have ever worked with. She is a true gem, and knows exactly what she’s talking about, and will guide her clients in the right direction.
